Held by a mother and daughter in the Andalusian mountains, our vision is to guide others toward greater clarity, self-awareness and inner balance through mindful practices, nature, and meaningful connection. We believe lasting change begins with awareness - bringing gentle attention to patterns that no longer serve us, and creating space for something more aligned to emerge.

Inner Sol Retreat takes place in a traditional Spanish farmhouse nestled in the Andalusian mountains. Surrounded by olive trees, rolling hills and wide open skies, the space feels simple, rustic and deeply connected to the land. Guests can relax by the private pool, practise on sun-warmed terraces, gather in cosy communal spaces and find quiet corners to rest, reflect and breathe in the mountain air.

Brunch and candlelit dinners are freshly prepared on-site using seasonal Mediterranean ingredients. Light snacks and refreshments are available throughout the day. All dietary requirements are catered
