Located in the heart of a lovely seaside village, the retreat centre is a lovely rustic hub surrounded by plants and banana trees, a peaceful place for the mindful, modern master. In Cabanas, you have an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants and a good local market with fresh local produce.

Directions
Faro airport is approx. 30 mins from Cabanas De Tavira. You can get a bus, train or taxi to Cabanas. There is a small train station in Cabanas and this is within easy walking distance to the retreat pads. To take a bus or train, take the shuttle bus from the airport which takes you directly into Faro central bus/train station as they are right next to eachother. Then take the connecting bus or train to Cabanas. A taxi fare from the airport to the retreat centre averages approx. 60 euros.
