We believe that loving, respectful relationships are the basis for a satisfying life and can transform the world. HAI fosters the celebration of consensual, nourishing our work encourages people to interact with each other with dignity, respect, understanding, trust, kindness, compassion, reverence, honesty, and love. We offer 9 different weekend residential workshops on the subjects of love, intimacy, and healthy designed to support participants in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and in exploring new ways to be in relationship. Somatic practices and thoughtful at-choice exercises solidify the learning.
