The venue for this retreat lies in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park within the Stackpole Estate. This consists of a large lake, lined by pleasant wooded walks that lead to two of the best beaches in the UK - Barafundle Bay and Broad Haven South. You will stay in the cosy National Trust Retreat & Learning Centre. You won\'t have to worry about moving around, but can relax knowing your accommodation, meals and retreat activities are in the centre - except for your swims and hiking.

The retreat is a detox-based event, but you will see real innovation from Ellen Picton. You will be provided with healthy meals that you will be shown how to prepare for yourself at home.

Arrival By Car If you are driving the the venue please use the postcode SA71 5DQ in your satnav. From the town Pembroke take Well Hill/A4139 and turn left onto St Daniel\'s Hill/B4319 where it is signposted to Bosherston and Stackpole. Follow B4319 for nearly four miles and look for the Stackpole Centre signs on the left. There is ample free guest parking on the site. There are electric charging points at the Stackpole Centre operated by a third party we believe to be Zero Net. Arrival By Train The nearest train station to the venue is Pembroke. Not Pembroke Dock. But both are a 4-5 mile taxi run away. We are happy to arrange taxis for guests. Payment will be the responsibility of the guest. Just make sure the driver knows to take you to the Stackpole National Trust Centre (SA71 5DQ)and not Stackpole Quay. Arrival By Taxi If you are arriving by air, we can assist you in booking a taxi to the venue. This will be a reliable service which you can pay for yourself. You may be able to share this cost with other guests. Should you be arriving by boat from Ireland you will easily be able to get a taxi from the ferry terminal to the venue. Just make sure the driver knows to take you to the Stackpole National Trust Centre (SA71 5DQ)and not Stackpole Quay. The nearest train station to the venue is Pembroke. Not Pembroke Dock.
