A safe, beautifully hosted space for a first-timer
This retreat was a beautifully structured and safe container for a first-timer. The venue with its stunning gardens and gorgeous house was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and sharing the journey with such open-hearted fellow participants felt truly special.
The overall organization was smooth. However, during the integration sessions, I personally would have appreciated more depth and psychological insight rather than just supportive validation, especially as a first-timer trying to unpack the experience. Ultimately, I realized that organic peer-to-peer conversations and long walks in nature worked best for my integration, and I might not need heavy facilitation in the future.
Overall, this was a wonderful stepping stone and a valuable experience. Thank you to the team for creating such a welcoming space!
