I went to my first retreat with great fear but also with hope that it would help me solve my problems. There I found an amazing center, very nice, polite, helpful people, full of positive energy. Incredible attention to detail and atmosphere :) But the ceremony itself blew my mind, it's hard to describe it in words, you have to experience it for yourself and it's really worth it.
The effects after returning home were several weeks full of energy, good mood, lots of ideas and several positive changes in my life. I will definitely come back for another retreat.
