This amazing retreat center has two pools, two hot tubs, 4 yoga spaces, gorgeous suites, delicious food and all the special nooks and crannies your heart desires when at a retreat. Plenty of places to relax, reflect and restore. Enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking in the amazing Lake Atitlan, take a dip in one of the pools or treat yourself to a massage.

When you think of healing and restoring, what comes to mind? For me, I think of the feeling of being immersed in nature, listening to birds and hearing running water. I think of moving my body in a flowing, tender way. I think of time to simply be and reflect. To write and sing and dance. I think of other humans holding space for me and as a reciprocal gift, me holding space for them- to just exist. In all their entirety.
My intention behind hosting retreats is to offer exactly that. A container for expression. A space for radical love and acceptance. A home. A sanctuary.
I wish for a healed world of humans. Humans who feel safe and loved and understood. I pray one day we can get there. It begins with taking one step. A step toward your own inner world.
