Experts at Holding Space
I just finished yet another wonderful weekend retreat at Clear Sky. It was a very powerful insight experience for me. What I'm reflecting on now is how skilled the resident teachers and onsite team are at creating and holding space for deep transformation. Although I've definitely also benefited from longer retreats, this weekend reminded me that even 48 or 72 hours can be incredibly impactful when done with care and intention. Can't wait for the next one!

Come to your senses experience
I acknowledged a deeper connection to "just being" in this human body and experiencing my senses without so many thoughts and opinions in my head about it. After the sensing exercises and meditation I noticed a clearer presence and more energy afterward.

Coming to your senses
I joined a 3 hour group meditation sessions called "coming to your senses". There was 4 different meditation all focusing on using a different sense. I came in not knowing what to expect and left feeling extremely calm and peaceful. I'm grateful for the teachers and look forward to incorporating some of these techniques in my own daily practice.

Beyond words!
The setting of this retreat was absolutely perfect for the content. Nestled nicely at the side of a mountain, Clear Sky is and amazingly peaceful place, perfectly suited for spiritual development and relaxation!

The staff was amazingly attendant, while remaining appropriately distant, given the silent nature of this retreat. Meals were always fantastic, and prepared in accordance with my dietary restrictions. The accommodations and peaceful, comfortable, and very well kept.

I would recommend this retreat, or any retreat at Clear Sky for those seeking unfoldment.

Mission & Vision

In the rush of daily life, it’s challenging to find room to breathe let alone grow.

As a spiritual explorer you’d like to be experiencing ongoing transformation and major breakthroughs. Yet somehow your habits may hold you strongly in place, while your aspirations are buried in the busyness of daily life. At Clear Sky, having supported many people’s passage through the spiritual breakthroughs and transformations they’ve yearned for, we trust that you can experience this too.

Here's our secret our centre is run on!

1. Honor your space

Imagine that you are in a Zen Garden, that’s beautiful, spacious, and well-cared for? It’s no accident that your mind naturally moves towards calm, curiosity and joy. Right there, in that ‘aah’ moment, you’re feeling the aliveness and focus of attention to detail.

2. Freedom is born from structure and routine

Consciously chosen structures and routines – counter-intuitive as it may sound – give you huge amounts of freedom. Also, the space for creativity, and where you can form new, healthy habits. Without a healthy outer structure, you don’t have the support needed for sustained growth and breakthrough.

3. To do what you must do alone, it’s easier when you travel with others

This whole independence thing – it’s an illusion. The spiritual path is an inner journey, one that you must ultimately do alone. Yet, with others your container for practice becomes more loving, strong and rich. It connects you to a deeper joy and vibrancy that comes with learning together and gives you compassionate feedback. When you need courage to meet your shadow, the shared vision and support of others helps get you through.

4. Cleaning up large areas of your life frees up energy

Every time you bring outer clarity to a major aspect of your life, you free up enormous amounts of energy. This energy is often locked up in anxiety, or leaking away through distraction. Need some examples? Cleaning up your blocks and views around money frees up energy. Learning to prioritize and manage your time well – including time for playfulness and fun – truly frees up energy. Gaining clarity of why you are here – uncovering your unique life’s purpose – all of this frees up energy.

5. Words are powerful and our conversations shape the space where we meet

What comes out of our mouths, or doesn’t, has a deep effect on the space we share with others. Do we listen, for example, and create a safe space where others can speak from the heart? Or do we fill the space with unnecessary or nervous chatter? Do our words open up a space for inquiry and creative conversations, or do we close things down by defending a fixed view? With conscious and skillful speech – and by being aware of our effect on the space – we can co-create a loving, honest container where deep connections can happen.

You’ll have the best chance of getting the most out of our approach if you resonate with one or more of these values

- Eager to fast track your (spiritual) growth, seeking depth transformation or transformative experiences

- Want to have fun and be of greater service to yourself and others

- Are looking for supportive, consistent and sustainable approaches to nourish your life, business or organization

If you find that this is calling you, we invite you to explore further and try a taste of what we do.
