Mission & Vision

Sehatvan is an action-research space for Forest Therapy (Registered under MSEM Ministry, Govt of India #UDYAM-MP-10-0020838 for Human Health). Here we study the impact of wilderness, green work-out, community living and autophagy fasting on human health. Research focus includes Epigenetics and Gene Switching, Microbiome, Circadian Rhythm and Diseases and Biological Age Reversal.

Sehatvan is located at the periphery of a forest system with rich biodiversity, flora and fauna. The spaces are organically designed and aren’t rectangular in shape. No cement or concrete has been used in construction. All the structure are made in mud, grass and bamboo. Electricity is through solar panels. There is a nearby water spring and rivulet.
