Johnny is an excellent guide for those interested in participating in a ceremony within its original cultural context in Mexico. He has experienced the benefits of these ceremonies himself and is passionate about making them accessible for others. He's also fluent in Spanish, which was incredibly helpful because I could only get so far with Duolingo. During the ceremony, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and hospitality of everyone involved. They place a high value on family and community and considered me a brother, even though I had only known them for a matter of hours. The experience left me with several valuable lessons and a deep sense of connection that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. With Johnny's guidance, I had the rare opportunity to immerse myself in this culture, and I will be forever grateful for the experience.

The evening with the huichol was lovely, Johnny was excellent at coordinating and organizing everything, amicable, kind, and hospitable. The fire was amazing all night with the prayer and the marakames were truly enchanted. I had a fantastic time and would love to bring more friends though!
