ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL!
I booked a retreat at Vista Mundo in December 2025 called Healing Hearts. I had been worn down from five years of compounded traumatic events: two cancer diagnosis, extensive cancer treatment, a house fire, caring for a family member, seven surgeries, etc... I was burned out and spent. Teresa at Vista Mundo provided me not only a serene, comfortable, and beautiful place to heal on the outside, she also led me through processes in short sessions that allowed me to heal deeply within myself very quickly. This retreat saved my life, my marriage, and my job.
If you are lucky enough to sign up for a retreat at Vista Mundo - DO IT!! The center itself is located just off the "Highway of Heaven and Hummingbirds" and has some of the best views in Costa Rica. Teresa and her staff are kind, compassionate, and responsive. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations when I asked for anything. I also recommend getting the meal plan - it allowed me to focus on my healing without worrying about what I was going to eat on any given day. AND the food was delicious and catered to my unique diet.
Do yourself a favor and take the time to go to Vista Mundo, participate in a retreat, and reap the benefits for years to come!
