There will be a light Ayurvedic detox breakfast every morning, an easily digestible lunch and dinner based on Ayurvedic detox principles, using products from the garden and from local organic farmers.

Directions
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Faro Airport (FAO) or Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS). Transfers can be arranged for flights arriving on the day of the retreat. A taxi from Faro Airport costs approximately 110 EUR for one to four people.
Arrival by bus / train / shuttle
Alternatively, you can use public transport. Take the bus to Faro station and then the train to Lagos. From there, a shuttle can take you to the venue, at a cost of approximately 45 EUR per journey. Travel costs are not included in the retreat price.
Arrival by car
If you would like to go exploring, car hire is another option, as there are plenty of parking spaces at the venue.
