Directions: Exit Lisbon Airport and follow signs to the A1 (Autoestrada do Norte) towards Porto. Take the exit for Santarém. Follow the signs to your destination, Retiro do Bosque, using GPS or specific directions provided by the retreat. Car Rentals: Rental services are available at the airport. By Train: Duration: ~1 hour. Steps: Take a taxi or metro (Red Line) from Lisbon Airport to the Lisboa-Oriente Train Station. Board a train towards Santarém or Tomar. Disembark at Santarém Train Station. From the station, you can take a taxi (~15 minutes) to Retiro do Bosque. Train Tickets: Available at the station or online through Comboios de Portugal. By Bus: Duration: ~1.5 hours. Steps: Take a taxi or metro (Red Line) to the Sete Rios Bus Station in Lisbon. Board a bus towards Santarém. Once in Santarém, take a taxi (~15 minutes) to Retiro do Bosque. Bus Tickets: Check schedules and book with Rede Expressos. From Porto or Other Major Cities From Porto: By Car: Take the A1 highway south (~2.5 hours). By Bus: Rede Expressos offers buses from Porto to Santarém (~3 hours). From Coimbra: By Car: Drive via the A1 south (~1.5 hours). By Train: Trains from Coimbra-B Station to Santarém (~1.5 hours). By Bus: Rede Expressos buses take around 2 hours. Notes: Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Available in Santarém for the last leg of your journey.
