Our aim is to offer you a time out, to retreat and pull back from the world and spend some time in nature. A safe place to come and explore your personal growth and self-development and catalase-positive change in your life. We host and co-host a variety of creative, conscious and healing courses, workshops and retreats, throughout the whole year, here in Portugal. 

Semente da Vida Holistic Healing & Retreat Center is a private and secluded nature hideaway surrounded by forests, lakes, rivers and mountains. We have 2 private therapy rooms which are hosted by, qualified and experienced healing practitioners. We are a family-owned passion ran centre who together with the love and support of the tribe co-create something special. 

We continue to pour love into this space to make it the very best environment for you, to do the real work.

We are all committed to our own healing journies and living in alignment with nature at all times, we like to juice fast (occasionally), are very proud of our medicine garden among other things.

We offer an opportunity for you to work on yourself, to become a better person. No matter what your goals are – eating better, recharging, gaining perspective, energy balancing, exercising more or taking a moment for deep introspection – our retreats offer time and professional guidance for self-improvement.

We honour all of ourselves (especially our shadow shelves) equally as we honour your journey and where you are on it. This is a space to express your authentic self with no explanation or apologies.
