The Breaking Free Day Retreat will be held at Scout Hall, Mount Cotton, a peaceful and spacious venue perfect for our retreat activities. The Big Hall offers ample room for yoga, meditation, and somatic movement, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind and reconnect.

To reach the Breaking Free Day Retreat at Scout Hall, Mount Cotton (36 Karingal Road, Mount Cotton, QLD 4165), here are the recommended travel options: By Air: International Travelers: Fly into Brisbane Airport (BNE), the nearest international airport, located approximately 40 km (25 miles) north of Mount Cotton. Domestic Travelers: Brisbane Airport also serves as the closest domestic airport. From Brisbane Airport to Mount Cotton: By Car: The most convenient option is to rent a car at the airport. The drive to Mount Cotton takes about 40–50 minutes via the M1 and Mount Cotton Road. By Taxi or Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber are readily available at the airport. By Public Transport: Take the Airtrain from Brisbane Airport to Brisbane Central Station. From there, transfer to a Cleveland Line train and alight at Cleveland Station. Then, catch a local bus or arrange a taxi for the remaining 15 km to Mount Cotton. Local Directions: Once in Mount Cotton, Scout Hall is situated at 36 Karingal Road. The venue is adjacent to the Karingal Scout Camp but operates independently. Look for signage indicating the Mount Cotton Scout Group.
