Program Structure = Two Weekends Per Month Plus 6 Modules
Two weekends per month via Zoom includes 5 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on Sunday.

Six modules. You may complete these modules in your own time or join with the group for the live Zoom sessions.
Students have until December 31, 2025 to complete all program requirements.

9:30-11:00am Yoga Movement Practice, Meditation and Pranayama

11:30am-1:00pm Group Discussions, Practice Teach and Application of Concepts
