About this Retreat
Through her natural curiosity, playful spirit and inquisitive nature, Ana has assisted many souls in the process of understanding and loving themselves and their connection to their true self and sacred guidance.
She's a devoted student of nature, herbalism, nutrition, music, embodiment and somatic work, non-violent communication, eastern philosophy, yoga, and other rituals for liberation, and It is her absolute pleasure to share these with you !
Michelle has always known family to be a key link to her spiritual development, as the root to both my well-being and my challenges. When she discovered Family Constellations, everything made sense. This tool transformed her life and for over 7 years, she has been passionately facilitating workshops and individual sessions.
Family Constellations can help you connect to your roots and origin, to honor them and to transform what no longer serves your evolution. It shows us that when one person heals, we all heal. It provides guidance in the path of self-discovery, authenticity, and the reclamation of strength, through a deeper connection to life.
