Natalya Demina — mother of three and certified life coach — knows what it means to rebuild life from the inside out. After going through a deep personal transformation following divorce, she found peace, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Today, she helps other women do the same.
At her retreats, Natalya combines psychological tools, the science of neuroplasticity, energy practices, breathwork, and mindset exercises to guide women through powerful inner change. Her approach helps release emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and awaken clarity, balance, and self-love.
