Blue Zone–inspired breakfast.
9:00 am–12:30 pm
Elemental adventures or free time: waterfall meditation, jungle hike, ocean float, or the ice bath & contrast therapy ritual. Or rest by the pool, read, journal, or schedule a massage.
12:30–1:30 pm
Lunch — nourishing, colorful, and locally sourced.
1:30–4:30 pm
Unhurried afternoon: hammock naps, reflection, connection, or creative time. Fresh smoothies and house-made snacks mid-afternoon.
4:30–5:30 pm
Evening Yin + Somatic Integration — restorative yin, sound bath, yoga nidra, or grounding nervous-system practices.
5:30–6:30 pm
Dinner in community.
7:00–8:00 pm
Evening Rituals — cacao & hearth circle, authentic relating games, stargazing meditation, or (weather permitting) a beach bonfire.
