Day One - Connection to Self: We begin with connection to self because sustainable change starts internally. The opening container, meditation, and movement practices help regulate the nervous system and create psychological safety. Science-based assessments are introduced with ample space for reflection, discussion, and real-world application. Rather than labeling or diagnosing, these tools offer insight into patterns, energy, and strengths, allowing each participant to create bespoke takeaways that are relevant to her life and leadership.
Day 2: Connection to Career and Community: Once self-awareness is established, we expand outward into career, leadership, and community. Visioning and business strategy sessions are grounded in values and lived experience, ensuring plans are practical, aligned, and sustainable. Community practices deepen trust and connection, reinforcing the understanding that leadership is relational. The photography and creative work are not about performance, but about intentionally marking this chapter and how you see yourself moving forward.
Day 3: Integration and Closure: The retreat closes with intentional integration. Reflection, community commitments, and the closing circle ensure insights are anchored rather than left behind. Participants leave not overwhelmed, but grounded - with clarity, connection, and personalized next steps that can be carried into daily life.
