Details of this retreat

For women in a changing economy...
In times that feel unstable and unjust—economically, politically, and personally—many of us are concerned about money, security, and the world we want to live in.
How do we stay grounded when the world feels upside down? How can we create stability without sacrificing our values, wellbeing, or spiritual life?
Join Amy Leo and Gloria Baraquio for an empowering weekend in the redwoods, where we can explore our power and choice in the future of money. We will step away from the noise of our lives to listen deeply to our hearts.
Through yoga, meditation, meaningful conversation, and practical financial guidance, weʻll bring more awareness and wisdom into how we spend, save, invest, and make a difference in the world.
This retreat is for women who are ready to:

feel free to express and share about challenging topics
transmute their strong emotions into clear, empowered action
grow and adapt to new and changing economic landscapes
align their spiritual values with their financial choices
be supported by a community of powerful, caring women

If you’ve been feeling uncertain about the future—or simply want to approach money with equanimity and kindness—this weekend offers the space to pause, get curious, and rewrite our future.
Come reconnect with your wisdom, your resources, and your power.
Hear Amy and Gloria talk about this upcoming retreat on YouTube.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Amy, “the Money Yogini,” is the founder of The Prosperity Practice and creator of the Mindful Money approach. She blends finance, yoga, and personal development to help women build a steady, empowered relationship with money especially in a world changing fast through AI, automation, and economic uncertainty.

Her background bridges both traditional financial foundations (real estate, stocks, and entrepreneurship) with emerging, digital assets.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Financial Therapist, Amy integrates mindfulness, somatic tools, and practical financial education to support both inner steadiness and outer strategy.

Mindful Money isn’t about hustle culture or “get rich” energy. It’s about building resilience, expanding options, and making money decisions from clarity rather than fear, so you’re prepared for what’s next. Through group programs, one-on-one guidance, and retreats, Amy supports women in aligning finances with values, wellbeing, and life purpose.

You can learn more about Gloria Baraquio here.  Gloria is the Founder of Shivakali Yoga School and the Director of Programs at Ratna Ling. She has been receiving invaluable wealth coaching from Amy, and she recommends her to all of her yoga students, friends, and clients!

What folks are saying about Mindful Money:

“Judgment is suspended, and you can let go of your fears about money.”

“Empowering rather than overwhelming!”

“Knowledge, energy and heart … transformative experience … it was truly special!”

“A breath of fresh air around a topic that can feel so overwhelmingly and anxiety-inducing … practical tips and resources I can put into immediate action”

“Quite a unique and informative weekend retreat”
"I had the pleasure of working with Amy in a face-to-face women's retreat over a long weekend in the redwoods, and then was given the opportunity to join her online course series afterwards. Having the face to face deep dive made doing the homework through the online series much less intimidating since I had built a foundation over the long weekend.
I recommend working with Amy to anyone who is ready to level up in their pursuit of financial happiness.
Thank you Amy!”

Excellent 😊
Ratna Ling is a beautiful retreat center with excellent staff, accommodations and food. The spiritual atmosphere is calming and inspiring.
Clare Buckley is my favorite yoga teacher. She offers gentle yoga in her own creative way. She never repeats a session, each one is unique. A bit of meditation, a lot of smiles and laughter and always beautiful surprises to delight you. She has a very generous spirit.
A winning combination!

Spring Awakening
The retreat with yoga teacher Clare was superb. There was nothing lacking. I have been to Ratna Ling before and had the same sense of calm and joy I experienced the last time I was there 15 years ago. Being in this beautiful environment has balanced me so I am more able to cope with some of the tragedies occurring in the world today. .

The center is beautifully tucked away in the coastal mountains among redwoods, with kind and excellent staff, homey cabins, and overall peaceful energy that feels like a cloud from heaven on earth.

Beautiful and comfortable
Ratna Ling is a perfect setting for a retreat. The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. The food was delicious and plentiful. My only disappointment was the lemon bars; why vegan? The food is vegetarian with plenty of cheese, butter, and eggs present. Sure, there were some vegan options alongside, but no need to destroy lemon bars in such a tragic way :( you can surely offer up fruit as a vegan pairing. Lost a star in that move.

Amazing paradise of a retreat center
When I drove up to the center I felt as though I had dropped into a little paradise. Surrounded by prayer flags and Stupas I felt a wave of calm come over me. And that only intensified over the 3 days. Everything about it was perfection. The rooms were spacious and airy and beautifully designed. The food was so healthy and delicious. The staff was exceptional. Constantly checking to make sure we were OK. And the best part was the yoga with Nikki Estrada. I wish I could go back every weekend.
