About this Retreat
Luigia is a biologist with over 10 years of experience in the UK
biotech industry.
Now a Health & Wellbeing Coach (EMCC & ICF accredited)
and board member of the Italian Health Coaching Association,
she helps women release mental overload and reclaim clarity,
energy, and a sustainable rhythm.
She also works as a Health Coach within the UK NHS (PNC),
offering compassionate, evidence-informed support.
Blending science and coaching, Luigia creates calm, practical
experiences—like Four Senses Reset—where women slow down,
reconnect with nature, and return home with tools they can
truly keep.
With a background in tourism and events in the Canary Islands, Maria Laura became passionate about what travellers truly need to feel well—because even beautiful trips can be physically demanding.
Seeking a form of rest that starts in the body and reaches the mind, she found yoga to be her “magic formula” for real, lasting regeneration.
Trained at an Indian yoga school based in the United States, she teaches an accessible practice for all levels, offering simple tools to ease stress, release muscular tension, and build healthy habits guests can carry home—rooted in body awareness, nature, and gentle self-connection.
Antonio is a professional hiking guide born and raised in Catania, at the foot of Mount Etna. Walking in nature has always been his way of feeling most alive—from long European routes like the Camino de Santiago to daily explorations on the trails of his homeland.
Today, he guides travelers from around the world on carefully curated, authentic experiences on Etna, shaped around each group’s pace and needs.
With Antonio, it’s more than a hike: it’s an immersive journey through the volcano’s landscapes, scents, and stories—creating meaningful memories you’ll carry long after you leave Sicily
Details of this retreat
Four Senses Reset is a retreat designed to bring you
back to yourself through the simplest doorway: your senses.
Over a few slow days on the slopes of Mount Etna, we reconnect with nature through what you can see, touch, smell, and taste—warm light in the garden, fresh air on a quiet walk, nourishing Mediterranean food, the grounding rhythm of gentle movement.
Each practice is an invitation to soften, slow down, and feel present again. When the senses are awake, the mind quiets. You leave lighter, clearer, and restored—with a calm, sensory ritual you can carry into everyday life.
