About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

Over four days, you receive a held and nourishing spring reset designed to support clarity, lightness, and renewed energy. The retreat offers daily yoga and meditation, organic food grown on the land, sound healing, dance, nature walks, and space to rest, all woven together to help you release stagnation and open to what is ready to emerge in spring.

The retreat takes place at Waterperry House, a rare and deeply held retreat venue. For over 50 years it has hosted meditation retreats, with continuous practice dedicated to the wellbeing of all. Practising and resting here offers the experience of a place where intention, stillness, and care have been cultivated over many decades.

Spring is traditionally a time to support the liver, clear physical and mental congestion, and prepare the ground for new growth. The cleanse is gentle and supportive rather than extreme, allowing the body and nervous system to soften, release, and recalibrate at a natural pace.

Daily life includes yoga and meditation taught by Rina, drawing on over 20 years of teaching experience, alongside sound healing, dance, lifestyle teachings, cooking together, and time in nature. All activities are optional, so you can follow your own rhythm and rest when needed. You are supported throughout by a small, experienced team including a psychotherapist, dance teachers, sound healers, massage therapists, artists, and nature-based practitioners.

Food is a central part of the retreat. Meals are organic, freshly prepared each day, and largely vegetable-based, with most produce grown in Waterperry’s gardens. Eating and cooking together form part of the daily rhythm, supporting nourishment, connection, and ease.

Accommodation is in a beautiful historic house overlooking the estate, with cosy rooms and access to the renowned Waterperry Gardens. There is ample time to walk, sit in silence, and enjoy the landscape as spring unfolds.

This retreat is an invitation to pause, shed what is no longer serving you, and step into the new season with greater clarity, joy, and purpose.
