Your Guides
Tina Mastandrea is a Master Yoga Teacher (since 1997), trained in Italy and India, and a pioneer of yoga in California and Mexico for over seven years. She is the creator of Yoga Stargate, a multidimensional method that blends yoga, energy work, shamanic practices, quantum awareness, and the Mayan Galactic Synchronary.
For more than 25 years, Tina has guided awakening souls through experiential journeys that integrate multidimensional yoga, quantum healing, meditation, channeling, and deep inner exploration. - Check-in at 3 p.m., check-in, welcome herbal tea
- 5:00 PM Retreat opening with energy purification yoga practices, an introduction to Shakty Radiance, and a deep meditation for divine connection.
- 7:00 PM Vegetarian or vegan dinner
- 9:00 PM Binaural sound meditation for purification and alignment with the spiritual field
Day 2: Divine Light Activation, multidimensional meditations
- 7:00 AM Yoga morning and healthy breakfast
- 9:00 AM Group meeting, teachings, initiation into divine practice, receive the power of Shakty Radiance and Divine Light.
- 12:00 PM Lunch and time for yourself: relax by the pool, take a nature walk, or take an optional excursion to the Sanctuary of San Francesco.
- 4:00 PM Shakty Radiance applications and multidimensional meditations for alignment and perception of divine guidance.
- 7:00 PM Vegetarian or vegan dinner
Day 3: Practitioner Training – Learning the Treatment
- 7:00 AM Awakening Yoga and healthy breakfast
- 9:00 PM 9:00 group meeting, teachings, ceremonies, prayers of power, and activation to the level of guidance and mastery
- 12:00 pm lunch and time for yourself: relax by the pool, walk in nature, or optional excursion to Assisi
- 4:00 pm treatments and divine channeling

Day 4: Incarnation, Integration, and Conclusion
- 7:00 am yoga morning and healthy breakfast
- 9:00 am group meeting, Shakty Radiance treatment in various methods, activation to divine enlightenment, presentation of the symbol of divine grounding, and presentation of the certificate
- 12:00 pm lunch and farewells
