About this Retreat
For over a decade, I’ve been teaching yoga full-time and guiding students back to the simple, innate wisdom of the body. With 900+ hours of training across Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Accessible Yoga, my approach is rooted in deep trust — trust in your body, trust in your experience, and trust in the intelligence that rises when we slow down enough to listen.
I created Practice Shraddha from the Sanskrit word śraddhā, meaning “faith or trust.” For me, this reflects the heart of my work: a compassionate, humanistic practice where you are invited to move with honesty, feel what’s true, and choose what supports you moment to moment.
My teaching isn’t about achieving shapes or pushing limits. It’s about curiosity, sensation, breath, and the gentle discipline of showing up as you are. My classes welcome a range of levels; you don’t need to be advanced, simply familiar enough with yoga that you feel comfortable flowing at your own pace. If you have a basic practice and an open heart, you’ll be right at home.
In every retreat, my intention is to create a grounded, creative, and nurturing environment — a space where you can reconnect with yourself, rest deeply, and remember your own inner teacher.

Women’s Yoga Retreat in the Heart of Tuscany

Imagine waking up to the rolling hills of Chianti, the soft Tuscan sun warming the vineyards and olive groves around you. For five days and four nights, this retreat offers a sanctuary where time slows down and each moment invites you to breathe, soften, and reconnect.
This experience is more than a getaway — it’s an intentional pause. A chance to step out of your busy life and immerse yourself in a peaceful, nourishing environment designed to restore balance, clarity, and inner ease.
We’ll gather in a private Tuscan villa, an intimate space perfect for a small group of like-minded women. With gardens, an outdoor pool, stunning hiking trails, spacious rooms, and sweeping countryside views, the villa becomes your home for deep rest and renewal. Medieval villages, quiet roads, and the rhythm of local life surround us, adding to the charm and grounded beauty of the setting.
Each day includes thoughtfully crafted yoga and meditation practices, accessible for all levels of practitioners. Whether you come with years of experience or a simple foundational practice, you’ll be guided to move intuitively, listen to your body, and honor what feels good for you. Expect Vinyasa-inspired flows, gentle stretching, restorative practices, meditation, and space to breathe in ways you may have been longing for.
But the retreat is not only about yoga — it’s about nourishment on every level.
You’ll have spacious free time to rest, swim in the pool, wander the gardens, journal, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of tea. We have created wonderful cultural excursions including a private winery tour and tasting. Slow down into the sweetness of the Tuscan lifestyle and reconnect with the parts of yourself that often get overshadowed by daily routines.
Throughout the week, small touches of pampering and thoughtful care will support you in dropping deeper into rest and rejuvenation. You’ll return home grounded, replenished, and aligned — with a clearer sense of yourself and a deep sense of being renergized.
