The whole retreat is just a living dream! You can follow the given structure of the day as much as you like, which means there is only your needs that Need to be followed! The surrounding is absolutely stunning, the food is super delicious, the rooms Are unique and have the original tuscan flair and the calmness at La Forra just unmatched! The staff is also lovely! I had a lovely time at this retreat. The location is stunning- high up in the tuscan countryside. The yoga instructors (particularly Elske, Olef and Amy) were amazing and really attentive and understanding if you were a beginner. The food was lovely but it was quite limited and I felt breakfast didn’t prepare you enough for the full day of exercise that was planned (I had a small bowl of muesli and a croissant)- some more fruit and protein options would have been great.
