A typical day at a Retreat or Training starts with Yoga & Meditation, followed by breakfast. Afterwards it is either time off or a session/workshop to attend. After lunch there is some rest time to unwind, jump in the river rock pool or connect with other participants. In the afternoon again, it is either time off or a session/workshop to attend, followed by a movement class or Kirtan or something else. After dinner there is either time to be tougher, connect or some program.
