A little bit about me. Growing up with a spiritual mother, I was introduced to things like meditation, yoga and energy work (reiki) from a young age. I however decided not to "deal" with all that and followed a scientific/classic career driven path. After years of depression however, I knew I needed a change and I slowly started rediscovering all the things my mom had taught me. I entered the plant medicine world in 2016 and slowly but surely through experience, I started to learn how these work.
I don't call myself a healer or a shaman. It's because I really prefer staying away from any labels, titles and boxes as they do not contribute to inner peace.
I believe that we as humans are capable of always deciding who we want to be and what we want to believe in. If we want to use this power for our greater good, it is important to always stay open and honest - especially towards yourself. To tap into our authenticity and our core, plant medicines are here to work with us. And I am here to offer a non-judgmental safe space, where you can feel empowered and supported to go inside and connect to your "krakti".
"Krakti" means power, strength or force in Surinamese (language of the country of Suriname, South America). I chose to operate under this name because I believe that all we need is to have safe spaces where we can connect with our inner power, strength and force.
With Krakti I have chosen plant medicine wise to focus mainly on private sessions, with at least one online meet up before, and one after the ceremony. I have done this as I believe that in this way together we can create the optimal space for a plant medicine journey.

Details of this retreat
You are lovingly invited to a daytime psilocybin ceremony.
The intention for this ceremony is to go inside and go deeper into our journey of Self Discovery and understanding. Anything can come up during a ceremony. Whatever may come up, you will be guided and supported throughout the process by the facilitator.
Practicalities:
- we will have a personal preparation call before the ceremony so we can walk you through, and you can have all your questions answered;
- the ceremony day lasts maximum 6-7 hours. For example from 11.30 AM to 6 PM (or however long is needed);
- after the ceremony, a light vegetarian meal will be served;
- the location is 15 minutes from the Schiphol Airport, 20 minutes from Amsterdam, and easily reachable by public transport;
- after the ceremony we offer an online integration session.
Booking process:
- After booking at RetreatGuru, we will ask you to fill in an intake form;
- After reviewing your intake form we can give you a go/ no-go;
- We will then send you the payment details;
- After we've received full payment, you will receive a booklet with all needed information!

After many years of suffering, with no relief felt from counselling and antidepressants, I thoroughly researched psilocybin. Life changing experience
We had an amazing retreat at Krakti. Firstly we were arranged an online meeting with Nancy. She’s so warm and friendly, we couldn’t wait to meet her in person. When we arrived, she was just like an old friend. During the session, my husband and I were having completely different experiences however we’re totally relaxed in the comfortable settings. James, the beautiful dog was also professionally working for us! Nancy was the perfect guide, really knowledgeable and kindly looking after us all the time. Finally she offered us delicious light meal. I highly recommend a couple who want to find the light.
