About this Retreat
My name is Alan Da Silva. I'm 35 years old and based in Germany. I am a father to one son and am passionate about inner work, leadership, and art.
My personal transformation, overcoming depression, healing trauma, and conquering addictions, has solidified my belief that psychedelics are a natural cure for psychological diseases and can serve as a tool for personal and spiritual growth. Since then, I have dedicated my life to creating spaces for the responsible and safe administration of these plant medicines, making it my mission to raise awareness of their therapeutic benefits.
For nearly a decade, I have been working with psilocybin, learning directly from plant medicine tribes in the Amazon and studying its therapeutic applications in the Western world. After working with over 100 people, I have observed that the best results are achieved when the use of psychedelics is combined with holistic well-being modalities as part of a therapy or coaching program.
Alegria Retreats bridges ancient wisdom with the modern zeitgeist to create a unique process in which people can feel safe, held, and seen. It is about creating a culture and community based on the qualities of the heart and clarity of the mind.
I am convinced that everyone carries the answers to life's questions already inside of them. Our work at Alegria is to help our participants uncover the layers to get to the depth of their being, allowing for deep healing, transformation, and a meaningful life.
I enjoy working as an empowerment coach, supporting people in reaching their highest potential and living a life based on their self-defined values and principles. I founded Alegria Retreats because I believe that when we heal ourselves, we heal the world.
🍀Nuria has been pursuing a special passion for conscious nutrition, natural medicine and a holistic lifestyle for over 10 years. Her journey with shamanic medicinal plants began in 2017, where she was able to learn about the potential of psilocybin as a guide in numerous sessions.
Since then, she has personally had healing and incredible transformational experiences with entheogens and has dedicated herself to her mission of supporting people in their growth processes.
She has participated in ceremonies with the Yawanawa, Varinawa and Huni Kuin tribes in Brazil, where she learned the indigenous approach to "spiritual medicine." She specializes in her work on the body level and brings with her a wealth of experience on the topic of clearing blockages and emotions trapped in the body.
During the retreat, she supports the participants in an intuitive way with elements from breathwork, massage, body alignment, TRE and other somatic approaches.
Stanley is a Performance Expert, Business owner and transformational coach, specializing in Energy Work.
Teaching his concept of „Holistic Life-Design“ he has served numerous business owners to balance their material and spiritual identity. His coaching style focuses on personal breakthroughs & expanding consciousness.Â
In the last 5 years more than 700x Attendees at his workshops and seminars benefited from the tools and frameworks he provides for living a more free & conscious life.Â
Currently he is studying therapeutic work as his motivation to serve is helping seekers navigating their growth processes and individual meta morphosis. 

His function in Alegria Retreats is that of a Spaceholder and Integration Coach. With his grounded presence he serves our participants with clarity, emphathy and calmness to guide them through their emotional processes. 

As a student of life he is always looking for connections in topics of science, religion, spirituality and philosophy to create a well rounded picture of how humans function and what life is about. Plant medicine helped him gain a deeper understanding of these topics and has helped him to deal with childhood trauma and in understanding his life path.

Magical Malika: Meet our Medecine Music Woman, Soundhealer, Ceremonial leader and Workshop Facilitator Malika.
It has been rooted in the ancestral lineage of her family to serve spirit with devotion and music. Thats what she loves and what she does. Since her childhood music has always been her medicine and accompanied and nurished her. Malika is a singer and passionated musician. Next to her professian as a diplomated sportscientist in nature and adventure sports, dance and movement theater -since about 20 years she has been dedicated her work as a teacher and coach to empower people and specially children and women, in the field of adventure sports and culture padagogics, mostly in group orientated settings.
Its hard to say, when our medecine path begins, but her first sweatlodge, about 9 years ago in Mexico defenetely opened a new chapter on her journey. Since ever then she is dedicated to share the medicine of the voice where ever she goes, to open circles for singing and voice expression and liberation, to accompany ceremonys and retreats and she loves to invite everyone to freely improvise with sound and music and jam together in a circle.
Of service with a humble open heart, her lovely voice, musical instruments and sounds are accompanying and carrying our participants through their healing journey. Her music and ceremony leading is partly inspired by the tradition of the Moondance, that she´s been following since 6 Years.
Her first plant medicine experiences she has already received in an early period of her life, starting from 16. As she has been always an adventurer and seeker for the deeper truth of life.
For her the plant medicine is very sacred and only used in ceremonial setting. "Its helping me to remember and conecting me with my ancient roots and feeling oneness with divinity. It is heart opening, cleansing and often feels like beeing reborn into this world. It has brought me very much closer to nature and helps me to understand, that all is One and that we are all made of the same particles...
The Peaceful Warrior: Meet our facilitator and coach Philippe
Philippe is an executive coach, breathwork facilitator and entrepreneur, specializing in leadership and embodiment practices.
His unique approach combines systems coaching with over 20 years of experience in somatic and embodiment practices (martial arts, dance, bodywork, voice activation, breathwork, meditation).
By helping our participants cultivate a heightened awareness of their physical presence, emotions, intuition and thoughts, Philippe empowers them to live with authenticity & impact.
Psychedelics have been an important part in his personal transformation, helping him to move from a societal-conditioned fear-based worldview to living his life in abundance, leading from the heart and acting in alligment with his purpose.

My background is in (neuro)psychology and I studied the effects of meditation on the brain as part of my PhD at the Vrije University of Amsterdam. To this day, I conduct scientific studies on meditation, breathwork, and psychedelics.
Personally, I've been deeply immersed in traditional meditation and healing traditions, as well as modern integrative body-centered psychotherapy and psychedelics. I am working as a freelance psychologist and process facilitator (with and without psychedelics).
As an empath I have walked many paths myself.
I love to be present and hold space to allow real transformation and honest change. At Alegria Retreats I am responsible for the psychological screening process, being a facilitator at the ceremonies and supporting our participants in their integration process after their psychedelic experience.
