The intention behind our Sound Baths goes beyond simply offering a moment of relaxation. We create a space where you can fully let go — a place where there is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be, and nothing you need to think about except yourself.

Not in a busy hotel or crowded spa, but in an intimate, and nurturing environment where you can truly pause, restore, and recharge.

Each Sound Bath/Aquasonic retreat is unique. They can be fully tailored to your wishes and theme (such as a baby shower, birthday, or bachelorette gathering). Feel free to send us an email for more information. We work with different themes and techniques, but to give you a general idea of what to expect:

Professional guidance throughout the session
A fully taken-care-of experience (no need to bring drinks, towels or extras)
Cacao (optional) and guided meditations
Access to sauna, ice bath, and other facilities (30 minutes)
Approximately 3 hours in total

Safe, comfortable, effective journeying
The preparation, setting, guidance and aftercare were faultless.

This was my first time with any plant medicine, and the results were very positive. I took a lot away with me from the spiritual journeying itself, and the medicine also generated a very deep healing of my body, soul and mind.

I have so much gratitude for Nancy, who's gentle presence was felt just enough to know you were being looked after - unobtrusively, subtly, never disturbing the personal journey.

My first psilocybin journey with Nancy
It was my first ever experience with psilocybin (and magic mushrooms/food in general) .

Professional, Kind and Caring. A wonderful experience.
Nancy was fantastic. Thorough in preparation, clear about the process, and genuinely kind when things got intense. The pre-screening set me at ease, and on the day she explained the medicine, timing, and what her role would be. She checked in often, and stayed calm and caring throughout the experience.

I felt safe and well looked after the whole time. The debrief and integration tips afterward were practical and the food was delicious. I’d happily recommend Nancy and Krakti to anyone considering this work.

I had a wonderful ceremony with Nancy. She made me feel very safe and taken care of during the session, and I could fully enjoy it. But also the preparation and aftercare was well organized and Nancy answered all of my questions.

I already made some great progress just a few weeks after the ceremony - this was definitely worth it!
