Directions

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. We will provide airport pickup at 1 pm on November 9th and airport drop-off at 12 on November 13th. If you plan to arrive or depart outside of these times you may choose to rent a car. We're also happy to provide information for reliable transportation services.

Accommodation

Each room has the coziest beds... perfect for plopping into at the end of a long day of yoga. Most rooms are shared with access to shared bathrooms. One ensuite room is available.

The Field at Oak Creek is located outside of Sedona, Arizona in the small town of Cornville, in Arizona's wine country. Our 8 acre yoga retreat property boasts two retreat houses, a small farm, and the beautiful and serene Oak Creek flows right through the property.

Menu Types

You will be fed delicious home cooked meals inspired by the desert southwest. Each meal is prepared with organic, local foods whenever possible. Please notify in advance of dietary restrictions.

What's Included

  • All Meals (4 B, 3 L, 4 D)
  • Water, coffee, tea, and local wine
  • 6 x 90 minute yoga sessions co-taught by Autumn and Toni (vinyasa, gentle and restorative yoga)
  • Guided meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation/yogic sleep) for deep relaxation and personal transformation
  • Sound bath for healing and deep relaxation
  • Option to gather and hike on nearby Sedona trails
  • Foundations of Asana Workshop with Toni: Alignment & modifications for the individual student (90 minutes)
  • Roll & Restore with Autumn: Reduce tension and tightness in the physical body with myofascial release (self-massage) followed by a deeply restorative yoga practice (60-90 minutes)
  • Manifestation and Vision Board workshop to bring your dreams into fruition
  • Four nights accommodation at the The Field at Oak Creek
  • Gift bag of local goodies.
  • Transportation to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor at designated time.
