A 4 night Tuscan Fitness retreat full of relaxation, yoga, healthy eating and self-awareness.
A unique getaway that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. Having flexible enrollment, we don't run retreats on set dates. Instead, you choose your own arrival date. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. Book excursions, practice yoga, exercise, eat well and relax.

Beautiful location
I had a lovely time at this retreat. The location is stunning- high up in the tuscan countryside. The yoga instructors (particularly Elske, Olef and Amy) were amazing and really attentive and understanding if you were a beginner. The food was lovely but it was quite limited and I felt breakfast didn’t prepare you enough for the full day of exercise that was planned (I had a small bowl of muesli and a croissant)- some more fruit and protein options would have been great. The activities were fun and you didn’t feel pressured to join in everything if you didn’t want to. Read More

We stayed at Tuscan Fitness for 4 nights in May. It was a wonderful experience which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The yoga was challenging but certainly accessible for all. The teachers felt like friends by the end of our stay and are a huge part of the experience. Yoga on the deck looking out over the Tuscan Countryside is unbeatable.

The additional activities like wine tasting and hiking exceeded expectation and were all thoroughly enjoyable. Our guides were very knowledgable and passionate about Tuscan countryside / olive oil / wine. All parts of the program were optional - so you can make your stay what you want.

The food... was amazing!!! It was an unexpected highlight of the trip to spend an hour over each meal every day. The restaurant has beautiful views and the food and service were outstanding.

The accommodation isn't luxury, but it is charming and clean and everything we needed.

I recommend this to anyone who would like a balance of new friends, escapism, fitness, yoga and indulgence in all things Tuscan.

Excellent retreat
I adored the location of this wonderful retreat, at a charming agriturismo in the Tuscan hills. Views from the yoga deck and around the property were stunning. The program was great, with yoga, hiking and fitness classes, as well as wine and olive oil tasting. I liked that we ate at the hotel restaurant and could go healthy or indulge. Vincenzo was the perfect restaurant host. The yoga teachers were great - I loved Elske’s classes and Amy (the guest teacher) also led fantastic sessions. The fitness classes were challenging (in a good way!). I was lucky to attend at the same time as lots of wonderful women from all over Europe which enhanced the experience. Yoga retreat
I can honestly say this was the best holiday short trip EVER. I enjoyed every second. Yoga outside whilst hearing birds sing was magical, the hikes with such a knowledgeable guide, wine tasting and a trip to a castle for olive oil tasting - every person who works there go above and beyond to be so helpful and so friendly. Food was brilliant and staff were funny and so friendly. Definitely booking to go again! I highly recommend. Read More
