A 4 night Tuscan Fitness retreat full of relaxation, yoga, healthy eating and self-awareness.
A unique getaway that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. Having flexible enrollment, we don't run retreats on set dates. Instead, you choose your own arrival date. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. Book excursions, practice yoga, exercise, eat well and relax.

Complete yoga retreat in a breathtaking location
I really enjoyed this retreat in the heart of Tuscany. All the staff are super friendly and kind and always ready to help.
The location is beautiful, in the middle of the mountains with beautiful sunrises and a great view of Tuscany’s countryside.
Elske’s yoga classes were very nice and different to the typical poses, with a good mix of hatha, flow and a bit of Yin.
The massages were very relaxing with Olaf and we did a few walks with Dave who knew a lot about the region and the flora and took us to cool and interesting places.
The accommodation is very nice, comfortable with very good facilities.
The food is delicious and there is a lot of variety at the restaurant for those who are not after a vegetarian/vegan retreat. There are delicious dishes for everyone. Vincenzo will make your meals very special!
I loved everything about the retreat and everyone from Tuscan Fitness, the only thing I’d change was to have different options for wine tasting, as we stayed 4 days and the plan was to do the same wine tasting twice.

Great retreat! Lovely instructors. Beautiful grounds and surroundings in the Tuscan mountains. I did the NYE retreat and it was exactly what I needed to end the year and step into the new year. The food was incredible too. The activities were lovely. I will definitely be coming back!! Read More

A great week in Tuscany
I was expecting a yoga retreat, but it was so much more. The daily hikes were beautiful and restorative. The wine tasting and olive oil tastings were genuinely informative and fun. We had a couple of yoga sessions per day, as well as fitness and pilates. All the classes were challenging, but I could complete them even as a relative beginner. The food was a pleasant surprise, with a creative menu to choose from and more than I should have been eating, but why not, we were in Tuscany. I would go back next week. Read More
