Join Jaya for an incredible 4 days and 3 nights of Somatic embodiment practice to invite your body to ground, nervous system to unwind, and presence to emerge. This Retreat will provide you with a multitude of Somatic tools and wisdom to learn to let go of muscle bracing, chronic pain and trauma-related dis-ease, reconnect with your gut knowing, and find your way back into the subtly of being.

The pristine Retreat setting will support us in grounding and releasing, while swimming in a quiet lake, walking on forested trails on 35 acres, bathing in the wood-fired sauna, and enjoying fresh-picked, healthy vegetarian/vegan food with sacred community.

There is so much going on in the world today. Give yourself the greatest possible gift you can: a deep nervous system reset, rest and somatic practices for embodied living, and deep presence.
