Details of this retreat

Springtime heralds new beginnings and new life… Nourish and replenish yourself with Leila Swenson in the magnificent sweeping countryside of Ratna Ling! It is like stepping into another world— Ratna Ling provides a peaceful and inspiring place in the coastal redwoods to engage in revitalizing and heartful practices of vinyasa yoga, mantra healing, silent meditation, and deep relaxation.

A meaningful pause is a valuable opportunity to contemplate the next steps blossoming in our lives… Some questions of inquiry for the weekend are: What is calling us and has energy? What is perhaps falling away and no longer fits? How can we tap into our inner wisdom to guide us? How can we nourish our overall health and well-being? The practices over the weekend will invite inquiry, clarity, purification, and vitality for mind-body, heart, and spirit.

Leila’s 15+ years of yoga teaching experience, her soothing voice in singing and instruction, and her compassionate nature will nourish and replenish you.

Please join us for a marvelous weekend of refreshing yoga, wondrous outdoors, and caring community. All are welcome!

A fantastic place to participant in and host retreats!
I have been to Ratna Ling as a participant and two-time retreat facilitator. It is a fantastic place to participate and also host retreats! The setting is beautiful, the volunteer staff are kind, the food is healthy and delicious, and the yoga room is stunning. As a retreat facilitator, Ratna Ling makes it easy for you and handles the administrative parts so you can focus on what you do best. I look forward to hosting more retreats here in the future.
