As a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach, she brings a uniquely integrative approach to her classes. Klara's classes cultivate an atmosphere of gentleness and acceptance, nurturing resilience and an open-hearted connection to oneself and others. Her coaching practice seamlessly blends deep personal insights with tailored mindfulness practices, helping clients reduce stress, navigate challenges with grace, and cultivate the power of attention to achieve their goals. Certified by Tibet House US and Dharma Moon as a meditation teacher, Klara holds a BA and MA in Psychology from Stanford University and has called Sonoma County home for over two decades. With an authentic presence and profound understanding of the human experience, Klara acts as a compassionate guide, unlocking the transformative potential within each individual she serves.
Leslie Tippell is a passionate yoga instructor whose innovative and soulful classes inspire transformation. With 15+ years of experience, including training under renowned teacher Sianna Sherman, Leslie believes deeply in yoga's power to heal the whole being - mind, body and spirit. Her creative sequences masterfully unite breath with movement, guiding students on a journey towards strength, flexibility and profound self-awareness. Each class offers new opportunities for self-discovery through the lens of mindfulness. Leslie encourages students to set personal intentions, cultivating an environment of joy and exploration. Grounded in psychology studies from UC Irvine, she nurtures this inner work with a nurturing presence. Whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Leslie's guidance, intuitive cueing, and zest for life on the mat ensure an uplifting, revitalizing experience. Transportation to/from Ratna Ling is NOT included - carpooling encouraged
Payments are nonrefundable and transferable to a future Ratna Ling stay or retreat
Each cottage includes TWO private rooms with queen beds, large dining & living area, gas fireplace, spacious deck, jacuzzi tub, linens, kitchenette with tea & coffee, complimentary wireless internet. Towels and hand soap are provided.
Vegetarian meals are provided during our weekend together.
