Hi, my name is Sebastiaan, 48 years old.
Since childhood I’ve had a strong tendency to question the narrative. There is something I am overlooking… I started on a spiritual journey to get answers.
I delved into Zen Buddhism and Self-realization, exploring the intricate workings of the human mind and its connection with the body.
A decade ago, I became a Rebalancer and bodyworker, assisting people in healing past traumas and overcoming present ailments.
Alongside spiritual influences from Asia, I immersed myself in the teachings of Plant and Fungi medicine through encounters with Latin American shamans.
Natural mind-expanding remedies have been an integral part of my life for over two decades.
Combining meditation practices with these medicines has remarkably accelerated the healing process.
Guiding others with love, dedication, and down-to-earth methods during their healing journeys has become my life’s calling.
For approximately five years, I have been guiding individuals through their Psilocybin mushroom journeys with love, compassion and dedication.

I offer support for both therapeutic needs as well as exploratory journeys. You might be seeking help with unresolved trauma, destructive thought patterns, mental health issues or psychosomatic ailments or you’re interested in safely exploring the unknown within.
I offer one-on-one guidance for men, women and also for couples.
The program is aiming to facilitate a deep dive into the subconscious for deep insight and lasting healing. Psilocybin mushrooms are sacred fungi spirits, being used for thousands of years by indigenous people. I am honored to use this medicine with full respect for its healing power.
This being said, I provide a program, with therapeutic modalities before and after the sacred journey to optimize the healing experience and to effectively anchor your new insights and state of being in every day life.
The retreat happens in one of Costa Rica's most beautiful and healing places. The property provides access to the top of the Nauyaca waterfall, the second-highest waterfall in Costa Rica. Additionally, in the middle of the land, you'll find an ancient and sacred Ceiba tree, beloved by the indigenous people.

– Online Introduction & Intake
Day 1
– Arrival
– Explanation of the program
– Self Inquiry session (a guided meditation into the body aiming to open up the channels and shine light on the nature and origin of the possible ailments, the client experiences)
Day 2
– Guided meditation (this meditation prepares the client for the journey within via grounding, reconnecting to the body and the invitation to relax)
– Ps. mushroom journey
– Rapeh (optional)
Day 3
– Therapeutic Rebalancing Massage session (this is a further deepening of the healing, which occurred the previous day and a delightful way to relax the body after an intensive inner Ps. mushroom journey)
– Integration Coaching session (during this session we establish ways to anchor the insights into every day life)
– Departure
2 Weeks after the Ps. mushroom journey
– Online Integration coaching session (during this session we discuss the progress, answer questions and discuss next steps)
– optional (not included): continuation Integration coaching sessions and/ or Self Inquiry sessions
