I am a Creator of The Portal, Costa Rica, Conscious 360 Movement, and upcoming author of Your Reality on Fire. I am a Wellness Facilitator of all things growth and transformation, in ways greater than you can imagine. I use my extensive trainings and modalities combined with deep wisdom teachings of intuitive guidance, empowerment, and emotional intelligence. I work globally with men and women of all ages, supporting you to embody a positive mindset, clear vision, and balanced lifestyle, in order to maintain healthy relationships in all aspects of your life.

Every day, I ground into my commitment of maintaining a positive mindset to cultivate my own self-love, and to utilize the great spiritual teachers of our time to elevate my consciousness. It hasn’t always been easy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I believe the deep hardships in life support us in relating, teaching and empowering all humans to fall madly in love with themselves, stand in their truth, and live an epic life greater than they can imagine!
Throughout my journey, I have been graciously honored by my peers, receiving the Women That Soar award, featured on the Today Show, E! News, and in VOGUE magazine, among many other accolades.
I continually support my transformational work with countless growth activations as seen above. I am a long-standing member of the Transcendental Meditation community. I have been a Yoga practitioner for over 24 years and I live by Ram Dass’s profound statement, “We're all just walking each other home."

You will be working directly with The Portal team, four (4) facilitators, 24/ 7, receiving all of our attention, love, and support 100% of the time. We create a specific itinerary for you, identifying where you are at in this present moment, and work from there to support and transform you to a new level of understanding, healing, and acceptance of what is. We optimize your time here, bringing in globally certified facilitators, based on your personal & professional reality, and what is necessary for your growth and healing needs.
This retreat is for one person, as a private solo retreat, or two people, with whomever you chose.

Book your international flight: Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).
Onwards to The Portal: You have 2 options from SJO.
1. You can take a 2 1/2 hour car service to The Portal. We will provide you with trusted driver recommendations or set it up for you. There is also a group shuttle available to the closest town, Dominical. Dominical is 20 minutes from here.
2. Domestic Flight to Quepos Managua Airport (XQP):

Crystal Grids: Casita de Cristales was built intentionally, with a specific sacred geometry Crystal Grid buried underneath the ground, providing potent healing and conscious energies to support your well-being. Part of this grid allows you to sleep on a sacred geometry Rose Quartz Merkaba. Turn the corner and drive home to your casita in the sky. Stroll down 11 steps to your 180 degree ocean vista, and relax on your fully covered terrace. You will enjoy many moments here, snacking on exotic fruits, watching the clouds roll in, and the most colorful rainbow horizon. As you open the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, discover a truly remarkable space created by a VOGUE magazine featured fashion stylist and interior designer. Your luscious queen bed is soft and inviting, set against Spanish tiles. There is a separation wall behind it to create more spaces for you to discover. On the other side is a full workspace, with 3 stools looking directly at the crystal framed Pacific Ocean to give you the best view at all moments! You will find an airy and open kitchen and living space, with Laurel wood beams and framed Portal windows. Your walk-in closet is complete with hanging rod and shelves, as well as a changing curtain and gold hooks for your convenience. We invite you to unpack, unwind and make yourself at home. The ocean wave bathroom has all you need: full-length mirror, cabinets for storage, and a shower floor designed with ocean rocks and shells, completely soft to the touch. The luxury rain shower includes a picture window, to gaze at the iconic Manual Antonio, as you listen to the sounds of nature. The open air covered terrace overlooks the majestic expansive ocean, incredible cloud formations and blue skies. You will see: unique fruit trees border the property where the toucans gather and say hello, our tree of life- a perfect replica of this iconic symbol, and a hammock to relax, read, and nap on a tranquil afternoon. Outside along the side of the house, you will find an outdoor shower, with the same ocean rock shower floor as inside, and even more stunning views of the Pacific ocean and Manual Antonio. Your oasis shares the pure energy Solstice Line of the equator, and showcases one of the best views on the entire property. It has everything you need for your "home away from home" Costa Rican experience! A short walk leads you to the meditative labyrinth (less than 50 feet). Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. Enter the serpentine path of the labyrinth, under Agradecida, the grandmother tree of The Portal, and walk slowly to quiet your mind, focusing on a question or prayer. Use this labyrinth as a tool to “unwind the mind,” and release any stress or worries from the past. This very special land is located on the mountain ridge and has been designed to take full advantage of the ocean and mountain breezes. It is perfect temperature here all year round. Casita de Cristales bedroom is great for one person on a solo journey , two people to connect or a romantic getaway for a couple. The casita has been designed to maximize indoor/outdoor living.
