8.30AM - trauma informed yoga with chi gong essence or somatic movement practice to prepare our nervous systems for the day to come .
9.30AM-12.30pm - Morning lecture on Triple vagal method technique and trauma release principles from a scientific and energetic perspective. We will also dive into group practices in this time
12.30-2.30 BREAK- a delicious vegetarian meal will be served , a time set, reflect enjoy the pool or go to the beach.
2.30-4.30PM- PRACTICE - Time to practice what we have learned , this time will be devoted to practicing how to apply what we have learned in the mornings .
breath-work and cacaoa therapy with emotional exploration will happen either in the morning or afternoon before lecture or practice .
