7:30 am: Wake up time
7:30- 08:30 am: Morning wash up, enema, body weight check, oil chewing, dry skin rub, blood pressure check
We do enema as part of the morning wash-up. It is also important to remove toxins excreted through the mucous membrane of the mouth by chewing some oil and cleaning the tongue with a scraper. Before showering the dry skin should be scraped off.
08:30 am: Morning herbal tea: The cleansing morning tea is a mixture of different herbal remedies. Prior to that, everybody can enjoy a spoonful of Flavonmax fruit jelly (a natural food supplement) as a source of vitamins and minerals. (one of the high spots of the day). Group chat about how everyone is feeling and how the group members experience fasting.
09:30 am-13:30 pm: Walking tour with fruit juice drinking at 11:00 am
Midday is ideal for walking tours. We discover different areas of the beautiful surrounding scenery with its monuments and neatly refurbished old buildings. The attenuated morning fruit juice is freshly squeezed and diluted with water. Besides the vegetable/fruit juices and herbal teas, guests can consume lemon-flavored water. The alkaline-based drink can be consumed at any time of the day.
14:00 pm: Vegetable juice: At lunchtime, we offer freshly squeezed and attenuated vegetable juice made of varied ingredients, such as salad leaves, beetroot, carrot, celery, purple cabbage, pepper, tomato, sandthorn, and pumpkin. All the fruits and vegetables are organic.
14:30 – 16:30 pm: Resting time with a hot water bottle over the liver. The body really needs a long rest in the afternoon during fasting. It is recommended to spend this time in bed (alternatively outdoors) placing a hot water bottle over the liver to help it detoxify. The temperature and lying down increase the liver`s blood circulation.
During the resting time, we also conduct the following included services: Massage Therapy, BEMER® physical vascular therapy – For improved microcirculation, Lymph Massage, Vacuum Massage using MagicPot Machine – the ultimate fat burner
16:30-18:00 pm: Herbal tea/Workshop. The daily herbal teas are made of varied delicious ingredients. The other highlight of the day is the small spoonful of honey. There is a calcium-magnesium supplement in the afternoon too. Presentations about detoxification, fasting, healthy diet, and lifestyle are held during tea and evenings. We supply written summary sheets about the different topics to everyone.
18-19:30 pm: This period is used for Hatha Yoga sessions with some Yin elements included as well.
19:30 pm: “Vegetable soup”. The evening soup is made of different vegetables and completely filtered. It can be consumed in various flavours and serves as a mineral supplement.
20-22:00 pm: Sauna sessions every second day, group discussions, watching relevant movies, meditation, free time.
22:00 pm: Bedtime. 10 pm is strictly bedtime, preventive relaxation is also very important during fasting
“Silent Fasting” according to needs. Everybody can participate in the recommended programs according to individual needs. Juice and soup-consuming periods are fixed so we do require everyone`s presence, apart from those individual walks, stand-away, relaxation, or meditation can be inducted.
Spa: A spa day is included in the package. It harmonizes with fasting and occurs in a local 5-star facility at Sarvar.
