About this Retreat
Inwardbound Co-Founder
Rob (MSc/ BA Hons) is the co-founder of Inwardbound. He has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy (Level 9) from Dublin City University, is an accredited psychotherapist, and is a professional member of MIND- the European Foundation for Psychedelic Science and the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy (UK).
He is also a qualified transpersonal therapist, and has completed an 8 year training as a Transpersonal therapist at the Irish Centre for Shamanic and Transpersonal Studies (Dunderry Park), in the tradition of Dr. Stan Grof. He is currently enrolled on the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) Certificate in Psychedelic- Assisted Therapy training programme.
He believes that only way to create change in the world is through inner psychological work, and his work had been around reconnecting people to themselves, to each other and to nature. He is deeply connected to the land and traditions of Ireland.
In his twenties he was one of Ireland's top whitewater kayakers, leading expeditions to most of the most remote locations on the planet, including Iran, the Himalayas and Ethiopia to name but a few. He has 20 years experience guiding people in some of the most adventurous mountain and river environments on earth. As he evolved into a leading outdoor educator, he became convinced of the healing power of nature. After several near death experiences and the trauma of losing some of his friends to the river, Rob turned to Jungian psychology, yoga and meditation to rehab his body and mind. He has been practising yoga intensively since 2008, and teaching since 2015 when he trained as a Yoga Alliance Teacher (200 RYT) on Maui, He has also completed yoga and meditation trainings in Mexico, India, Guatemala and Spain.
Rob has been a student of Amazonian curanderismo for a number of years, having done several dietas with the renowned Shipibo curanderas in Peru. He co-wrote a code of ethics for plant medicine facilitators "A guideline for navigating sexual trauma and harm prevention in psychedelic ceremony space" (
www.saferceremony.com), as well as helping to draft the dutch Guild of Guides Code of Ethics.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Rob was a university lecturer and will be co-ordinating our Inwardbound Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy training programme.

Inwardbound Co-Founder
Dr Darragh Stewart (Phd) is the co-founder of Inwardbound. In his early twenties, Darragh reached a turning point in his life. Due to the death of his grandmother, the ending of a long-term relationship, and the immense pressure of his University studies, he had a mental breakdown. He suffered from bouts of depression, anxiety, and general dissatisfaction with how he was living his life. These problems sent him on a quest to find inner healing, truth, and a new way of being in the world.
During the rest of his twenties, he had a life-changing breakthrough both mentally and spiritually, with the aid of psychedelic medicines, breathwork, and the power of holistic healing. Having found the power of bodywork for emotional release during this time, he was awarded his VTCT diploma in Holistic massage therapy.
As a scientist, he is keen to cut through faux spirituality and is interested in bridging the gap between science and spirituality. Having had such a positive journey with Psychedelics he is now passionate about helping others who may also benefit from the emerging science of psychedelics by holding retreats and collecting scientific data. He has worked with over 100 people through their psilocybin sessions and is currently writing a paper on the effects of Psilocybin on mental health.
He has also been on trips to India immersing himself in different trauma-release modalities such as somatic bodywork, breathwork, embodiment dance practices, and yoga. He is also a keen meditator having sat at the Tushita Meditation center Dharamsala, and the S.N. Goenka Vipassana Center, Bodh Gaya.
He is also passionate about working with Men through times of struggle and change. He facilitates men's online workshops, events, and a men’s group for psychedelic integration in Ireland.
Darragh is also the Host of the Inner Insights Podcast: https://www.youtube.com/@darstewy

Renée is a trauma informed psychedelic practitioner, therapeutic voicework facilitator, ceremonial vocalist, soundhealing practitioner and medicine music musician.
In the beginning of 2015 Renée had a pivotal experience during her first Ayahuasca Ceremony. This served as a catalyst that truly changed her life. From that moment she established a deep connection with plant medicine. She has been attending and co-facilitating many different sacred medicine ceremonies within the Netherlands and internationally and gained extensive experience within the ceremonial and therapeutic psychedelic space.
Drawing on knowledge from shamanic traditions as well as the western approach through the lens of trauma informed therapy such as ACT and IFS she is able to hold a solid space for those embarking on their inner journey.
With a strong focus on preparation, integration and therapeutic voicework it is her mission and life’s work to create a deeply held and safe container in which people can fully lean in to their inner landscape.
Through her presence, music, and sacred songs, Renée guides others on their inner journey, helping to vocalize the unheard and unfelt, alchemize emotions, and restore flow.
Renée walks the path of self healing with integrity and dedication, feeling truly honored and deeply grateful to walk the path of healing with those who chose to go within.
Sophie-Charlotte Alice Adler, MSc, is a psychologist, hypnotherapist, researcher and author. She has specialised in working with altered states of consciousness since 2017 and has been supervising ketamine infusions at Instituto Dr. Scheib in Mallorca since 2018. With the support of Dr Mario Scheib and Prof Revenstorf, Sophie Adler developed an innovative therapy method, the "Ketamine Hypnosis Package" (KHP).
Since 2018, she has accompanied over 400 ketamine infusions as a psychologist and hypnotherapist. In 2020, her book ""Altered States of Consciousness - New Paths in Psychotherapy? The Potential of the Psychoactive Substance Psilocybin“" was published by Carl-Auer in Germany.
She is the founder of ACSMINDWORKS - a group of specialists working on healing and states of consciousness in a variety of ways (www.acsmindworks.com). Sophie-Charlotte Adler is a member of the MIND Foundation as well as the KRIYA- Consultation Group with Dr. Raquel Bennett and Dr. Jessica Katzman in California.

California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), as well as a one-year professional training in
Compassionate Inquiry with Dr Gabor Maté. She has additional training in trauma therapy,

In retreat settings, Maryna brings a calm, grounded presence and a deep trust in each person’s inner wisdom. She
supports participants before and after psychedelic experiences to orient, process, and
integrate what comes up – whether it is insight, grief, confusion, relief, or something that has
no words yet. Her intention is to help people stay connected to themselves throughout the

Our mission is to set a new standard for psilocybin retreats by combining modern therapeutic approaches, evidence-informed practices and ancient traditions of working with nature, ceremony and altered states of consciousness.
A psychedelic experience can be profound, but the quality of the container around the experience is what creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. This is why our retreats focus not only on the psilocybin experience itself, but on the full journey before, during and after.
Our retreats bring together experienced facilitators, psychotherapists, psychologists and practitioners from different fields to support the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
