About this Retreat
Guillaume Le Port is the founder of Movement Bali and one of the pioneers of movement culture on the island.
A graduate of a Sports and Health University in France, he is now based in Bali after extensive travels throughout Asia - he brings his unique approach to integrating natural movement forms, along with various styles of physical fitness.
He has dedicated his life to working with small groups and individuals, ensuring their bodies are functioning just as nature intended them.

A retreat with the perfect combination of physical activities focused on group fitness paired with outdoor excursions, holistic wellness sessions, and Balinese culture.
During our retreat, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various forms of group training sessions including basic fitness such as metcon and circuit training to more specialized sessions featuring some gymnastics skills, Natural Movement and Animal Locomotion. The practice of Natural Movement, is a holistic approach to fitness that emphasizes functional movement patterns and bodyweight exercises. This type of training focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and conditioning through natural movements that mimic those found in everyday life. In addition to Natural Movement, we'll also be incorporating Locomotion & Mobility exercises into our program. These exercises are designed to improve your overall movement quality and help prevent injury by addressing common mobility limitations.
Our retreat is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves physically while also exploring the beauty of Bali. By combining these fitness approaches with adventurous excursions and holistic wellness sessions, you'll be able to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings in a truly unique and immersive way. Some of the exciting excursions we have planned include white water rafting, where you'll navigate through rapids and swim in cool waters as well as a thrilling mountain bike adventure to take in the stunning scenery. We'll also be going on jungle treks through the lush rainforests of Bali, where you'll encounter exotic flora and fauna along the way to magical waterfalls waiting for us at the end of the path.
For those interested in learning more about Balinese culture, we've included visits to Balinese temples where you'll have the opportunity to take part in a traditional "Melukat" purification ceremony along with a local Fire & Dance performance. These experiences will allow you to connect with the local community and gain a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Bali.
We've also included holistic wellness sessions to help you relax, recharge, and connect with your inner self. Our ancient Sound healing sessions will use traditional instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a soothing and meditative atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and healing.
