About this Retreat
I’m Garry and although I’ve been living a primarily raw and plant-based lifestyle for a lot of years now, it hasn’t always been that way!
I began my journey to well-being in 2015 when I finally faced up to the lifestyle of a lot of negative behavioural patterns- consuming junk food, alcohol, smoking and pretty much every vice going, was making me really sick. I was facing a Dr and I knew that it was my lifestyle that got me into trouble so I needed to change before it was too late. I decided to turn to nature and the power of the plants.....
Due to experiencing a huge shift in awareness whilst going on an extended juice fast - I discovered the awesome power of juice cleansing for both the body and mind. This, alongside other practices, has helped radically transform the way I relate to myself and the way I move in the world.
I’m super passionate about helping others progress on their own journey to true optimal health and founded Alkalize Me, a premium quality cold-pressed juice and raw food health and well-being company in London, as a vehicle to do exactly that. We’ve helped hundreds of people to let go of old versions of themselves and discover a wealth of untapped potential within. It’s so beautiful to watch people grow, flourish and create lasting change through the various guided cleanses, wellness practices and collaborations we provide.

I’m Stephanie and it was actually through experiencing the power of an extended juice cleanse with Alkalize Me several years ago that helped lead me to where I am today - transitioning from a high-flying career in corporate banking to becoming an intuitive coach, focused on mastering energy, spiritual hypnotherapy and harmonising with the subtle cycles of nature.
Following my big shift, I turned away from city life and now live in harmony with nature in The Alps where I founded my company ‘Energy Of The Day’ and work as an energy healer and spiritual hypnotherapist, empowering my clients to reconnect with their true essence and live authentically.
My mission is to help others tune into their heart, expanding their awareness and encouraging lasting change towards a more conscious, connected and compassionate way of life. I work with love, respect, and empathy, challenging your views to increase self-awareness and connect with nature's cycles.

For nearly 20 years I have found a sense of peace and healing through yoga, and I'm humbled to share this ancient and rich philosophy and way of life. By blending a Yogic Lifestyle with an off-grid lifestyle at Cara Creek Eco Lodge, I’ve realised that living Yogically and living sustainably are in fact one in the same. It's wonderful to share the practice in the space so immersed in nature with all those who come on retreat.
My intentions while teaching are to honour the traditions and philosophy of Yoga to the highest respect; to bridge the gap between the traditions and the Western way of life; to hold a safe and open space.
Yoga has allowed me to be a student for life. My practice never stops evolving. Nestled amid the picturesque landscape, these pods offer rustic luxury and a tranquil retreat where you can truly unwind and reconnect with nature. There are four types of eco pods to choose from: Penta Pod - these pentagon-shaped pods feature a small window and a roll-up door, allowing you to appreciate the view from your comfy single bed. Include their own spacious private deck. Single occupancy. Tri Pod - named after their triangular design, each tri pod comes with its own small front deck for savouring the pool and panoramic treetop views. They come with two single beds. Tetra Pod - premium pyramid-shaped glamping pods, inspired by the tetrahedron, nature's most elemental 3D form. Soaring up to 6 metres in height, each pod features a star-gazing ceiling and a comfy double bed. Alta Pod - new to 2024 the Alta Pods will be similar in style and design to the Tetra Pod with double beds and will boast breathtaking valley views.
