RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
This program begins your inner journey towards self-mastery, helping you activate your divine structure and awaken to your true self. Through guided meditation, workshops, conscious movement and breathing, you'll discover how to harness your connection to your authentic being, and how to read, unblock and transform energy.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Anfrinit provides the safe and sacred space for you to journey the halls of your inner self. As you nourish the soul without feeding your ego, you will clear illusions and witness the transmutation of the self. You will mobilize the circulation of prana throughout your body via sacred movement. You’ll be empowered to access, rebalance, and alchemize reality around you, in its many layers and forms.

Illuminating the shadows stored in your subconscious field, veils will fall, leading you to a greater sense of humility, belonging, and interconnectedness. You will begin to answer the question, Who am I?—the question which arises during awakening and is answered in enlightenment. Harnessing sacred teachings from ancient Egypt, you will:

Study the mystery of the triangle and pyramids in our existence
Connect with the iliac joint, our inner pyramid, the sacrum and coccyx
Activate and discover the importance of the spine, and the vast information stored within its 33 vertebras
Rewrite DNA
Review the digestive system, and gut revealing its connection to past lives
Activate the pineal gland and third eye, connecting them to Source consciousness
Activate the resilience of the conscious heart center to alchemize wounds of separation
Reveal and alchemize the connection with our feminine and masculine aspects

Transformation can sometimes be challenging, and it can also be a powerful and liberating experience. When you activate your full potential, you’ll unlock your higher energies and reveal your unique gifts to the world. You’ll learn the importance and wisdom of your spiritual anatomy, the structure of yourself.

FASTING
Fasting serves as a powerful tool to cleanse the body, clear the mind, and heighten spiritual awareness. By abstaining from solid foods or certain food groups for a designated period, you create space for introspection, inner clarity, and heightened sensitivity to subtle energies. You will have the option to fast on October 14th, 15th, and 16th, a unique opportunity to explore the fullness within emptiness, experiencing a state where the self sustains without relying on external sources.

You may choose from various fasting options:

Water fast: Consuming only water during the fasting period
Dry fast: Abstaining from both food and water for the duration of the fast
Liquids: Consuming liquids such as juices or broths while refraining from solid foods
Raw vegan food: Consuming only raw vegan foods during the fasting period
Intermittent fasting: Limiting food intake to 1-2 meals per day, with periods of fasting in between

Each fasting method offers unique benefits and resonates differently with individuals. Fruit fasting, for example, provides essential nutrients while gently detoxifying the body. Liquid fasting allows for hydration and detoxification, while water fasting promotes deep cleansing and purification at a cellular level. Dry fasting, the most intense form of fasting, facilitates rapid detoxification and spiritual purification.

As you embark on your fasting journey, remember to listen to your body's signals and honor your individual needs and limitations. Pay attention to any signs of discomfort or imbalance and adjust your fasting practice accordingly. Stay hydrated, rest when needed, and approach fasting with mindfulness, reverence, and self-awareness.

Our chef will prepare meals tailored to each retreatant's chosen fasting option. It's important for you to inform us of your fasting preferences in advance so that we can accommodate them; there is a question on the registration page. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding fasting during the retreat. We are here to support you throughout your journey of self-discovery and transformation.

CUISINE
On non-fasting days, there are three vegetarian/vegan meals a day. They are thoughtfully designed to offer a balance of nutrients and flavors, ensuring that you feel energized and satisfied throughout the retreat. Our culinary team is dedicated to crafting meals that not only nourish the body but also contribute to the overall retreat experience. We believe that food plays an essential role in supporting your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during your time with us. If you have any specific dietary requirements or restrictions, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

OPEN TO ALL
We welcome all, however these modules are created for those already on their path to their inner exploration and self discovery. This work requires you to be disciplined and comfortable to go within which can be difficult for some. You will also occasionally meditate for extended periods of time. Ideally, you will have a strong regular meditation practice. If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, please know that we are open to helping you decide. Please email info@anfrinit.com to further explore.

Easeful Setting
I felt at ease and at home, right from the start. The program teacher was phenomenal, the retreat center director capable and down-to-earth, and the staff was truly kind and accessible. I can't wait to come back. I wanted to give Dharmakaya a good review, though I also like that it's a small and intimate setting. -- Lucia D
