Christy has always loved yoga since college but became a teacher as a second career later in life. After dealing with chronic illness, she went back to yoga and It changed her life. Yoga was medicine.She has been a teacher since 2016. and is trained in all different types of yoga including vinyasa flow, Sculpt, Meditation and sound healing..Christy's classes are designed to help people build up a strong body, let go of stress and fill up with good energy. Also the playlists are very important. Music heals too. Prior to teaching yoga, Christy spent many years traveling and teaching ESL. She lived in Costa Rica for many years and now leads yoga retreats there.

6 Day/5 night Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Costa Rica. Join me in at our ocean front mansion in Playa Prieta, Costa Rica. We have a private chef and daily yoga and meditation classes. This retreat is full of action but still leaves free time to explore. This is my 6 th yoga retreat to Costa Rica. This retreat is special because your leads are locals who know the area and can show you things off the beaten path in Costa Rica. Only 8 spots available.
