Meet your instructor, fellow dreamer, millennial mom, fitness enthusiast and friend.
Fully certified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, Personal Trainer and Pre and Post-natal specialist.
Join me on the mat for a fusion of classical and contemporary pilates, dynamic movement and mobility focused classes to challenge your body and build the best version of you.
My passion for fitness and health started young through athletics and dancing where I learnt my love of movement, music and a good old sweat!
I found my love of strength at the end of high school and competed in bikini and fitness modelling competitions. This then directed me down the path of studying and becoming a Personal trainer where I could help others become their best version of themselves through fitness.
I travelled the world as a Personal trainer and Stewardess for many years. It was on this journey that I first found pilates as it was a form of movement I could bring into my day in any location. But it wasn’t until I fell pregnant that I realised the magic of this style of movement and the life changing transformative effect it can have on someone no matter what stage they are physically. This is where the journey to SCULPT’D all began.

Join us on the island of the gods for a week of Mat pilates, reformer pilates, group strength workouts, delicious healthy food, balanced perfectly with fun activities and social outings to fill your cup in every way.

Guided by Katy, you will immerse yourself in a week of movement that is built to challenge your body and find new depths to your physicality. Balanced with thoughtfully planned activities and outings curated to ensure you get the most out of your retreat experience on the island.
Your trainer Katy, will guide you through daily contemporary mat classes at the luxurious villa and challenge your fitness and strength with reformer classes and heart pumping gym sessions. The rest of your days are filled with recovery sessions including infared sauna passes, massages, ice baths and surf lessons.
I believe that wellness is only achieved when perfect harmony is reached in both our physical and mental wellness and that means hard work is perfectly complemented with fun!
We have organised an amazing welcome dinner with cocktails, beach club social days, and delicious group dinners out throughout the week too!
