The wisdom to slow down
Our six days long, 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training follows the system of Paul Grilley.

In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of teaching Yin Yoga. To understand the postures and their variations and modification, you will learn the concepts of the various skeletal segments, the different muscle groups and the importance of the pose specific target areas.

This course is a perfect fit for yoga teachers who want to start teaching Yin Yoga, as the course also provides daily hands-on teaching practice, to understand the methods and structures for effective teaching, but is also accessible for anyone that wants to learn Yin Yoga to deepen their own practice.

This internationally accredited yoga alliance teacher training program, will provide you with the credentials necessary to teach all over the world (YACEP).

LIBELULA ROOM – Private double suite shared bathroom This has always been La Corona's jewel, a room where you can let your imagination run wild and rest like you haven't in a long time. Completely quiet and secluded, this suite offers 1 downstairs double bed, wardrobe, shower, towels, table and wi-fi . There is access from the garden to the rest of the house through the kitchen. Bathroom is shared. Many call it the Ship of Dreams with an amazing light and view. Are you up for boarding? COLIBRI ROOM – Private double room shared bathroom This is the smallest room in the house and the last to be added, becoming one of the most beloved, mostly ideal for a couple or two friends. This room is fully equipped with handmade furniture from recycled materials for a perfect stay : 1 upstairs double bed, wardrobe, shower, towels, small table and wi-fi access. The bathroom is to be shared. It offers a garden view. ABEJA ROOM – Twin shared room shared bathroom This room undoubtedly offers the best views, allowing you to wake up and gaze directly at the mountains. This room is equipped with 2 single beds, wardrobe, shower, towels, wi-fi access. Bathroom is to be shared. It also offers Mount Teide, ocean and sunset views.
