• Daily Qi Gong and Yoga
• Qi Gong helps get your energy moving in the morning and Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga help you wind down at night.
• Fire Ceremony "Let it Burn"
• Liberate your story by helping your thoughts transform twice, first by your body, then by a fire: Let it Burn is an epic process that assists in accepting, appreciating and attuning with the stories that become our actions. Letting these stories burn jumpstarts progress.
• The power of Let it Burn is that it reaches into places in our psyche that we don’t regularly get an opportunity to go to.
• This year we are combining the Fire Ceremony with an Energy Release ceremony to prepare our bodies to accept Reiki.
• Movement Meditation

• Movement deescalates us physically and Meditation deescalates us emotionally, making Movement Meditation a really fun way to exist in a healing state.
• This year we are combining Movement Meditation with a Reiki Attunement Meditation to welcome in Reiki Energy!!
• On-Vortex Healing in Sedona
• Vortexes are places where energy flows in abundance. They are frequently virtual openings in the ground that allow energy to move in and out. They can be stronger in one direction or balanced. We can think of a vortex as an Earth Chakra. It is a wonderful place for healing!
• The whole area around Sedona is a vortex! We have scouted three particular vortexes, they each have a vibe, one is calm, one is playful and and one is joyful! In a circle, we perform energy healing ceremonies in these places.
• You’ll experience the power of a crystal grid at a vortex and you’ll charge your crystals at another vortex!
• Core Groups
• Each person belongs to a Core Group at the retreat. The Core Groups from our retreats result in lifelong friends and deep healing because they invite vulnerability.
• Personal Akashic Readings
• Akasha means ‘primary substance’. The Akashic Records are both theThe substance that everything in the universe is made of and a collaborative, creative space wherein you can view and participate in all of your soul’s memories. It's so loving! Pre-Retreat, Cierra will collaborate with you to help you access your Akashic Record and receive the beautiful gentle and loving messages.
• Personal Attachment Release Sessions
• Attachments get a bad rap, but Karen in her infinite patience says: “They can be a trailhead that leads us in the right direction. Bless their little hearts, I don’t think they understand how helpful they are.”
• Karen, with the help of your spirit team, gently helps you recognize your energy and guides you in lovingly letting go of anything that isn't resonating.
• Cacao Ceremonies
• Cacao is a heart warming and motivating plant medicine that has a long history of collaborating with humans. Cacao ceremonies tend to be transformative experiences, because they open the heart and connect to the frequency of unconditional love.
• You are invited to 4 Cacao Ceremonies during this 4-day retreat!
• One each morning during the Sunrise Celebration and another ceremony at a Vortex
• By the end of the retreat, if you feel connected with the Cacao Theobroma plant spirit and able to facilitate a ceremony, we will award you with a Certificate for leading Cacao Ceremonies!
• Shamanic Breathwork
• In Latin ‘spiritus’ means spirit and breath
• In Hebrew ‘rua’ means spirit and breath
• In Sanskrit ‘prana’ means spirit and breath and life force
• In Greek ‘psyche’ and ‘pneuma’ mean soul and breath
• It’s unanimous: Connection with our breath = connection with our soul.
• A Breathwork Ceremony is an intentional, co-creative connection with the soul. Shamanic Breathwork is renowned for activating the part of your brain that naturally releases DMT and giving you pretty trippy and transformative visions. It is possible to walk away with profound insights and feeling like you evolved.

• Reiki
• Reiki is the transfer of universal life force energy that promotes the self-healing abilities of everyone involved.
• Reiki helps us move emotions, increase creativity, become aware, heal, relieve stress, balance chakras and give love to the root causes of issues.
• Inner Child Circle's vision is a world where everyone has access to the tools for self healing, and Reiki is one of the modalities that we employ in conjunction with every other modality. This retreat is designed to empower you to be able to channel Reiki yourself!
• Preparation and Integration
• Leading up to the retreat we call you, and you are invited to all ICC programing (this year it is the Waning Crescent Healing Circle) and you connect with Rachel, Cierra, Karen and Kyriel individually before the retreat for the onboarding call, Akashic Reading, Attachment Release and Reiki Attunement respectively.
• After the Retreat we schedule follow up phone calls and a group chat and a group call.
• Stargazing
• Connecting with the stars is like connecting with the cells of our body. It feels amazing and they are abundant and bright at our remote retreat center.

• 4 days of accommodations in a beautiful creekside retreat center with sprawling, private, grounds. We intentionally found a retreat center in Cornville to help us integrate the vortex energy that we get during our excursions in Sedona.

• The average high in Sedona in October is 77°F (25°C) and the average low is 48°F (9°C). Rain is unlikely.
• Daytime: Expect warm, sunny days in the 70s, ideal for exploring outside.
• Nights: Nights cool down significantly, with temperatures dropping into the 50s, so pack layers.
• Transportation

• We will help to coordinate carpools among retreat attendees.

Karen Treloar

Our leader. Intuitive and Experienced Healer. Professional Beyond Quantum Healing Practitioner specializing in Attachment and Entity removal, Akashic Records Reader and Animal Communicator. A Trauma survivor, Karen has Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, so she is familiar with it and always seeking strategies to mitigate it. Her favorite description of herself is that she is a mom of five wonderful children, and if you want to hear more about her kids, she would be happy to tell you.

Rae Treloar

Lover, healer, explorer. Certified in holding healing circles, ceremonies and meditations. Her favorite trauma healing modalities are through movement, inner child circles, plant medicine and catharsis.

Kyriel Clark

Spiritual teacher and mysitc, blending modalities to help others connect with their own power and personal transformation. She uses high vibrational awareness techniques to help heal traumas and connect back to harmony.
