Brett Stephenson is the visionary founder of Executive Wellness Services LLC and Luxury Wellness Experiences. A lifelong wellness advocate, Brett brings over 45 years of experience in holistic health, fitness, and nutrition to his work.
A 47-year vegetarian and 43-year vegan, Brett’s journey into wellness began early. He was a state champion and High School All-American in three sports: Tennis, Swimming, and Water Polo. His passion and discipline carried him into college, where he earned All-American honors in collegiate tennis and later competed in the World Professional Tennis circuit for nine years.
Determined to optimize his performance and health, Brett became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and a Nutritionist, traveling the world while maintaining a high standard of well-being. He expanded his expertise by studying Yoga, Pilates, and Massage Therapy, and cultivated a strong foundation in Meditation to enhance mental clarity and peace.
