About this Retreat
Ricardo is a humble and very powerful shaman from the Quechua tribe in Peru. He has been working for more than 20 years with sacred plant medicines including ayahuasca. His parents are descendants of the Incas; his mother is a healer that uses the old knowledge of the Incas to heal with herbs while his grandfather was a sought after healer in his tribe. Ricardo left his family at the age of twelve to follow his inner calling to heal and to work with master plants and continued his spiritual practices in the Amazon with few powerful Maestros for many more years and went through deep shamanic preparations and initiations.
Ricardo has a passion for traditional bamboo instruments and he always loves to connect with sounds, music and with Mother Nature.
Stefanie is a certified master yoga, breath work and meditation teacher and nutritional therapist. She has been vegetarian since the age of five and is passionate about helping people to make healthier lifestyle choices without compromising the joy for food.
With experience reaching over 6 years with psychedelics, Stefanie has a deep understanding of the powerful potency that lies within these medicinal compounds and how to safely utilise their power for profound healing - as a gateway to reconnect with the self and to discover our true essence.
Furthermore, she has successfully founded a fine dining plant based catering company and a supplement brand specialised in functional mushrooms. Her invaluable knowledge and expertise make her an influential figure in the self-care and natural living movement, providing guidance for those seeking to enhance their well-being naturally.
Kaly has an extensive background in yoga and a deep knowledge and passion for spirituality. Having grown up with a father whom at one point was a monk in Ananda Marga - she grew up in a spiritual commune where daily meditation, and the fundamentals and philosophy deeply rooted in sustainability and a sense of community. Born as a vegetarian - a passion for nutrition and wellness and a deep desire to share her wisdom and teachings is something she has devoted her life to. She firmly believe in the powder of healing both mind and soul with kindness, compassion in combination with nutrition. She has a keen interest in the power of herbs and the miraculous benefits they hold. In her yoga practice she is known for her focus on alignment and allowing for the breath to be the focus within all movements.
