About this Retreat
Tannaz Hosseinpour is a relationship coach, registered psychotherapist (qualifying), podcast host, and retreat facilitator with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and relational wellbeing. She is also an author, with her latest book "Shifting Reality" scheduled for release in 2025.
Her work blends psychological insight with spiritual practices, drawing from her academic training in counselling psychology and years of experience in the personal development space. Tannaz specializes in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, inner child healing, and feminine embodiment, creating transformational containers for clients and retreat guests to reconnect with themselves and cultivate healthy, secure relationships.
Tannaz is the voice behind the Minutes on Growth podcast and has led retreats and workshops internationally in Dubai, Europe, and Canada, with a mission to create safe, sacred spaces for women to release, reclaim, and rise. Her approach is intuitive, compassionate, and deeply grounded, empowering others to feel seen, held, and fully expressed in both love and life.
Arezu, also known as Angel, is a lifelong yogini, wellness educator, and retreat facilitator with over two decades of experience in Kundalini Yoga, movement, and spiritual embodiment practices. She began meditating at the age of 5 and became the youngest certified Kundalini Yoga teacher in the U.S. by age 14, studying under her teacher Guru Singh. Her teaching style weaves together deep yogic wisdom, somatic awareness, and joy — all expressed through her signature brand, InspireZu.
A true multidimensional guide, Arezu is certified in over 11 yoga modalities and is the creator of the trademarked “Kundalini Core Flow” — a powerful fusion of breathwork, movement, and meditation. She is also a Brain Longevity Specialist and CA Ambassador for Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF), teaching UCLA-researched Kundalini meditations for cognitive health.
Arezu has led international retreats across Costa Rica, Croatia, India, and Europe, and brings a global perspective rooted in both her academic background in International Affairs and Humanitarian Studies and her lived experience. Her deep commitment to seva (selfless service) has taken her to Guatemala and Sudan to support education and youth empowerment efforts.
