KULA COLLECTIVE’S HOLISTIC APPROACH TO YOGA
All of our yoga teacher trainings have a therapeutic approach, with a detailed focus on physical alignment as well as an emphasis on the roots of yoga in meditation and mindfulness. More than this, all our trainings are infused with Earth Medicine practices, journeying through the three ‘worlds’ of the Andean Chakana and the four arts of yoga, to provide a powerful holistic learning experience.

All of our YTTs are Yoga Alliance Certified.

This 16-day foundational framework provides a combination of location-based immersion training and online study. This training is perfect for bridging your spiritual and daily life and integrating as you go, with live calls before and after your training and prerequisite online material as well as a 16 day immersion course to experience daily yogic living.

Casa Floresta was designed by Kula co-Founder Hayley Saraswati, who also created and Founded The Yoga Forest in 2013. Hayley had a dream of finding a beautiful lake property to bring the offerings of Forest Path, Sound Ceremony and Kula Collective together outside of the noise of the local villages, and in letting go of her beloved Yoga Forest, was able to create the inspiring Casa Floresta in 2022 with its gorgeous Lake Temple.
